Payment
After registering, you will receive a confirmation email within 24 hours containing further information about your trip, as well as an invoice for the DKK 5,000 deposit. The deposit must be paid no later than one week after registration. Your place is only secured once the deposit has been paid. The remaining balance must be paid one month before your chosen placement start date.
Cancellation
For all placements, you may cancel freely up to and including the day of your chosen placement start date and receive a full refund. This means you can secure your place well in advance with complete peace of mind.
