We will review your application within 72 hours and confirm your placement. If we need any additional information, we will be in touch.
Once accepted, you will receive a EUR 600 deposit invoice payable by card and access to our Travel Preparation page. The deposit is due within 7 days and secures your place.
The remaining balance is due 1 month before your placement starts.
Cancel at least 60 days before your placement starts for a full refund of all payments made.
For cancellations less than 60 days before the start date, the deposit is non-refundable, while any remaining balance paid will be refunded.
